You had to walk down to the end of the tiny corridor on the first floor in Bikaner House to look past the giant safety pins to find Bangladesh artist Tayeba Lipi’s dressing table virtually hidden in a corner. Think sculpture think materiality in space. Tayeba the international artist was represented by safety pins and a magnificent table made of blades.
