Claude Karger was 33 years young when he became editor-in-chief of the
Lëtzebuerger Journal. After 25 years in the job, 15 of them in the aforementioned position, he is embarking on new paths. At 28, Melody Hansen becomes the first woman to take over as editor-in-chief of the established medium. A conversation between two generations, between print and online – but above all, between two people who sincerely care about quality journalism.
Melody Hansen: We both attended the language section in high school. So we share the affinity for languages. Was that one of the reasons why you became interested in journalism?
