The annual, 30-hour online fundraiser, Raise the Region, brought in $2,030,647 to help benefit different non-profit organizations that support communities in Lycoming, Union, Northumberland, Snyder, Montour and Columbia counties, between March 10 and 11.
There were 272 non-profits involved and 7,347 different donors.
The $5,000 Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships grand prize award is given to the top small and large organizations with the most unique donors and was given to Cherished Cats Rescue Alliance and Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble.
Second prize winners, Bellabons Pet Recovery Services and Central Pennsylvania Food Bank both received $2,000 and third prize winners, Cats in Bloom and the Lycoming County SPCA both received $1,000.
