Former Oklahoma Secretary of Digital Transformation and Administration David Ostrowe has given notice that he intends to sue the Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General and seek $60 million in damages related to what he described in a claim Thursday as malicious and wrongful use of a multicounty grand jury.
