A rare Friday night meet for the Sigourney girls’ track team translated to a fourth place finish out of six teams at BGM.
The Savages racked up 89 points compared to Lynnville-Sully’s 142 to claim the meet crown. Kaylee Weber did her thing in the field events winning the discus (90’6.75’’) and shot put (32’7’’). Other top finishes include 4x100m relay second (56.42), shuttle hurdle relay second (1:16), Macy Fisch second in the shot put (31’1’’), Carly Goodwin third in the 100m (14.14), and Rain Barthelman third in the 400m hurdles (1:16).
