Minister launches Aadhaar enrolment camps for students. School education minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi inaugurated an Aadhaar registration camp for school students at the government higher secondary school at Kalapatti here on Friday.
Students from Delhi Public School, Mysuru, raised Rs 7.5 lakh to support various causes through crowdfunding. They provided back-to-school kits to children in rural schools and cataract surgeries for children from low-income homes. The campaign aimed to support the health and education of rural students.
75 students from Ludhiana district have been selected for INSPIRE Award by the Department of Science and Technology. The award carries a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each to complete project works. Students from noted schools of the city have been selected for the awards.
