St. Louis Public Radio has selected eight winners for the 2023 St. Louis Public Radio Teen Photojournalist Prize, including Best in Show winner Gemma Speichinger, a senior from Marquette High School.

Donna Mae Scott, age 93, of Lake Lillian, MN died on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at CentraCare Willmar Care Center. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 14 at 2:00 p.m. at United Lutheran Church in Lake Lillian with Pastor David Nelson officiating. Burial will be in the Tromso Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

The Rev. Charles Noble, pastor at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for 42 years and founder of Par Excellence Learning Center, died June 23.

As for talking about race, I think we have work to do in this country just as Germany is still working on anti-Semitism.
