Further, while no weapons were found in Dolan’s home when he was arrested last week, his neighbors told FBI agents they had seen guns in the house and had often seen Dolan carrying firearms.
A cursory search of his cell phone uncovered a photo of his wife holding an assault-style weapon, Dispoto said.
Dolan was among 16 people, all identified as Oath Keepers associates, who were indicted last week by a grand jury in Washington, D.C. Six others were from Florida.
