Police are looking for a suspect after a person was shot on Wednesday afternoon at The Arbors at Maitland Summit apartments near Maitland Summit Boulevard and Summit Centre Way.

Colliers has hired two veteran investment brokers bringing their years-long relationships with institutional investors and capital providers to Colliers, where they will facilitate industrial and office investment sale and capital transactions. Jeff Morris joins as Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets, and Bret Felberg joins as Managing Director of Capital Markets.
In their new roles, Morris and Felberg will focus on Colliers Capital Markets practice in the Southeast related to sales, as well as debt and equity placement for existing properties and new construction. The team will be working in conjunction with Colliers industrial platform consisting of over 90 leasing and investment professionals and over 300 million square feet of managed properties.
