Instructor, author, and private chef Bill Collins joins us today! WAMCs Jackie Orchard hosts. Chef Bill is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. After graduating, he cooked at the old Ritz-Carlton in Boston, and then worked at Harbor Sweets, the handmade chocolate company, in Salem, Massachusetts.
