The All Progressives Congress has suspended its Kaduna State Women Leader, Hajiya Maryam Suleiman (Mai Rusau) from the party for gross misconduct. The suspension letter dated March 31, 2024 was signed by the APC chairman and secretary of Badarawa/Malali ward, Ali Maishago and Zakkah Bassahuwa respectively. They accused the women leader of defaming the character of Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State through a viral video clip released on March 30 via Facebook and some other social media platforms.
