MANGO SAGO PUDDING

• Milk 100 ml

METHOD:
• In a bowl, take soaked sago, wash it under running water to remove excess starch.
• In a saucepan bring water to boil and add sago to it, allow it to cook until it gets soft / translucent.
• Strain it and keep aside.
• Chop mangoes and keep little aside for garnishing.
• Blend mangoes, milk, condensed milk and sugar (optional) to a smooth paste.
