Chip Messiner, performer and song writer, brings his “one man country band” to recognize trailblazing artists and pay musical tribute to the genre of county music. Doors open at 6 pm, and the concert runs from 7 – 9 PM. The location is Spring Creek Church, 4500 Spring Creek Rd, Rockford. Attendance is limited to 150 listeners. Walk-in seating will be available until the attendance limit is reached. Admission is free; listeners are encouraged to make a $10 free-will donation during the concert, with funds collected used to pay the musicians and help to defray the church's event hosting costs.
