13 people including women and children were killed in a tragic incident on Wednesday night in Naurangiya Tola village located in Kushinagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

Police said many of the victims died instantly from the fall. All of the victims were women or children.

The other name in the list released by the Congress party is of Mamta Devi who has been fielded from Ramgarh.
