After one of my closest friends in college killed in combat, New Hampshire was no longer just the place i what to high school. I went to high school. In the winter of 1968, New Hampshire was Something Else entirely. Some of you here remember that closely. Ageons of young people my legions of young people my age, an army of kids for peace, caring pamphlets while i was caring a guy the thousand miles away. Just kids
You slept yesterday. It is great to be back in the granite state, a second home for me. I have two second homes, iowa and New Hampshire. [laughter] mr. Kerry i love this state.
