EDINBURG, Va. (WHSV) - Itâs the classic tale where a cat goes up a tree and canât get down. But this time, one Front Royal man decided to put his gear on and climb a 60-foot tree to save it.
Daniel Miller has been climbing trees since he was a kid. Heâs climbed professionally for the past five years.
Miller is used to cutting down trees and scaling the top of large oaks through his business, Shade Tree Service. But last Thursday, he put his skills to the test.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. â A daring cat rescue nearly 50 feet off the ground was caught on camera over the weekend near Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The video is getting a lot of attention on social media, not only because of the good deed but the skill required to bring that cat back to safety.
The video was originally posted in a community Facebook group on Saturday March, 13.
A couple walking their dog spotted a cat way up in the trees at a park. They immediately called Robin Walenga, a domestic and wild animal advocate who helps with animal rescues.
