Records, weve heard that promise before. it does work, but its a long way off. we get it done in the next year, i would be surprised but i would be absolutely delighted, also. this has got to be resolved. ill tell you my office, and we do a lot of veterans work out of my office, it goes on. it goes on. my staff is excellent. we can get things done. but the v.a. has got to get on top of this. they need to hire the additional people, put them in place right now, make the management work. this is a...
