The Senior Minister (Security) said a total of 4,496 foreign workers were screened. According to the Human Resources Ministry, 608,093 foreign workers have already undergone screening involving 31,682 employers. Of that number 9,653 of them tested positive, he said in a statement on Friday (March 12).
He said 1,520 clinics are involved in the screenings.
On sanitising operations, Ismail Sabri said 77 operations were conducted involving 279 Fire and Rescue Department personnel and 51 fire engines on Thursday. A total of 18,525 operations have been carried out since March 30,2020 involving housing areas, flats, public places, supermarkets and government buildings. On mandatory quarantine, 801 individuals arrived in the country on Thursday and have been quarantined.

The proposed School Health Centers (SHCs) are primary care facilities that mainly focus on providing comprehensive health care targeted to school children aged between 4 and 17 years old in Qatar. The existing body of knowledge demonstrates a relationship between health status, quality of life, and academic performance among school children. School children with good health are more likely to fare better in their academic performance than school children with poor health.
