SURKHET, Dec 8: Since November 4, 32 people living in tarpaulins lost their lives because the government couldn't provide funds for a temporary shelter in time. Among them, 27 were from Jajarkot and five from Rukum West as of last Thursday. The rising cold might unfortunately lead to more casualties.
