Officially launched during the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show in October 2022, Mann Air Fryer Veggie Kits feature the company's new logo and exemplify innovation specifically developed for air fryer cooking. This convenient, in-home meal option comes at a time when Americans are becoming more cost-conscious.

Church Brothers promoted Vicente Alvarez to senior harvest manager, and it also hired Frank Goldner as its director of grower operations based out of the Baja Coast and San Luis Rio Colorado areas.

Church Bros. is expanding its team with the hire of Kyle Narciso as its product manager to support its growing value-added product lines for foodservice and retail. Narciso has seven years of experience in the fresh produce industry having worked for companies such as Mann Packing and Ippolito in product management and sales roles.

Church Brothers Farms is expanding its regional sales team as the company continues to grow its foodservice sales program with the addition of produce veteran Brian Bengard as West Coast foodservice regional manager.

Mann Packing Co. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fresh Del Monte Produce, is investing heavily in its leading snap pea program as it further commits to being a leader in the space. The vegetable division of Fresh Del Monte has upgraded its program by acquiring two optical sorters dedicated solely to snap peas, totaling a $2.5 million investment, and is also exploring additional sourcing options in Guatemala and Peru that are within Fresh Del Monte’s global network.

Kim St George, a 25-year produce industry veteran, has joined Dole Fresh Vegetables as vice president of sales, west region. St George will focus on expanding the Dole value-added salad business while also working closely with Dole’s Fresh Pack team in farm fresh vegetables.
