Bucks Council expects to accept an offer for an abandoned farm in Widmer End within the next week.

Grange Farm has generated “a lot of interest” according to the council after the previous tenants were evicted last year.

Tudor Manor, a 23-unit apartment building in a residential neighborhood of Meriden, has sold for $2.4 million. The sale price of the property at 130 Bradley Ave., which is near Interstate 691, equates to $104,348 per unit. The 21,500-square-foot, Tudor-style building consists of 10 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and three three-bedroom units.  Jay Sheth of Meriden acquired the property from Waterbury-based Manor Estates LLC.
