Welcome back. Protesters are gathering in minnesota for a Third Straight night. Holding a peaceful vigil after a man was allegedly shot fatally by a Police Officer during a traffic stop in front of his fiancee and her child. An attorney for the officer who gunned him down now saying the officer reaked to the mans gun and not his race. Matt . Good afternoon. Well, we just located from the Governors Mansion to this park in downtown minneapolis. Black lives matter on twitter is announcing theyre going holding a rally or a protest here in a few hours. The mansion had a couple of dozen protesters there. A ton of Police Officers. And every corner. They tell us they are set up right now. That they could shut that area down if they needed to. We spoke with the attorney of the Police Officer this afternoon. And that attorney tells us that the Police Officer had a valid reason to pull off castile that day because he believed that castile fit the description of a wanted suspect of an arm aed robb
