Legislation being proposed by the antidisplacement group, i hope all these things happen and they have an effect on the speculation thats happening in our city. I know people have talked about the lack of Affordable Housing. It is avery real problem. I have an idea how we can address that too. I think when we are developing these Community Benefits packages with the developers and with the Tech Companies we need to think about charging them a fee for coming, for doing development and for coming ...

Brackero, i live at 1047 and looking at eviction the day before thanksgiving. I look at this as a state of emergency because the options are nil and to have to move out of the city or out of the state because that is going to be the option for some of us. It is not affordable, oakland is no longer affordable, there have been people we have contacted us saying, hey, if you want to move to richmond and have a livework space, i am an accountant and i am part of the people who have made it desirable...

Maybe what happened in the late 90s is because in the late 90s we werent having the buyouts and the threats that are pushing people out. I think if we calculate in the buyouts and the threats we definitely have more evictions than we did back then because a buyout and a threat of an eviction that drives somebody out is an eviction as far as im concerned. Id like to express my support for the legislation thats been proposed, the repeals and reforms of the ellis act, the legislation being proposed...

Two ladies live on goth street. Ive been really lucky, my housing is secure, i cant be evicted, i dont plan on being evicted from that below market rate building. My concern is so many of my friends, so many of the people i have worked with over the years are so fearful right now that it seems like a state of emergency should be declared around housing. There seems like there have been so many give aways for developers. Im a real fan of inclusive housing. When a developer builds a building, put ...

And this is why i cannot listen to two people at the same time. Im trying to get to, is there more work to be done in that area . And again, if it helps, lets forget about that circumstance because i think that thats i dont want that to be a fire brand against my general question, which is are we still trying to accommodate other people within the Schematic Design. So we know that we can accommodate everyone within the building and up until a couple of weeks ago the architect has worked on adjus...

Majority of the roof for solar panels. So that it could somehow help lower the operating costs of specificly for that one way to look at items of that nature is that were essentially paying down operating costs over a period of time upfront. I want to go back to i want to get a sense how much are they paying for rent now for lets say miss [inaudible] because shes the one who has a nature problem she needs a large space to accommodate her beautiful collection, which i agree should somehow be main...

Tradition that you gather with people having the same degree that you were getting. You all walked together. Lawn all bydown the myself. One of the advantages of this unique situation is that i could say with equal honesty that i was first in my class or last in my class and be telling the truth in both situations. I would like to thank the leadership for this opportunity to speak about the importance of the National Historic preservation act in safeguarding the american cultural heritage. In 19...

All parties. So to that end, i dont want to minimize in anyway the sort of the seriousness of the concern that while we are in the education business which recognize we are sitting on 150 pieces of probably some of the most valuable land in the city and county of San Francisco and never would have suggest that we sell the high school and capitalize on some of these assets because they are for the children and to educate our children. The way we judge value and asset is different from the economi...
