Not so fast, taco breath … Babalu is back in business, but this time under new ownership — namely the same folks who run next-door-neighbor Maple Hall. In addition to new proprietors, the restaurant has a refreshed menu (predominantly) and aesthetics (somewhat), as The Grub Spouse and I discovered on our dinner outing last week.
