King County deputies are investigating a shooting that left three family members injured overnight in Maple Valley.  

Montcalm County’s 20 township boards now have for consideration a blight ordinance template created by Montcalm County’s law firm and paid for by Montcalm County. The Montcalm County Board of Commissioners began discussing the county’s widespread blight issue last October, and in February they directed their law firm Mika Meyers to draft a blight ordinance template.
