Dispatchers received a frantic 911 call who told them her daughter was trying to kill herself with a knife around 11 30 this morning. Police say when the officer got here he was confronted by a hysterical woman with a knife. The woman followed him, ignoring orders to drop the knife. That is when the officers shot her.
