A $2 million grant is designated to the Northwest Minnesota Foundation in Bemidji to support Indigenous youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness.
The Northwest Minnesota Continuum of Care is now accepting applications for the CoC program competition, as well as the funding opportunity to address rural and unsheltered homelessness.
