The couple told rescuers they set out on a 10 minute walk valentines day and suddenly got dark. Their hands in front of their face so they transitioned to crawling. Ian would stand up and fallen into the brush to compress it and take a few steps and they would repeat. Trhey drank out of a puddle and carol lost her shoes at one point. We do not have any information on i. C. E. Activity, but they said it could take place as early as today. The mayor says that multiple, reliable sources told her that immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are planning activities in the bay area. My understanding is that this activity is from the civil side. These are not criminal investigations. With that information, the mayor says she felt an ethical duty to share what she knew, her information however, did not come directly from official sources. My information did not come through official channels, it came from multiple sources that cited extremely credible sources. Gov. Schaaf said the point in sharing information about possible i. C. E. Activity is for immigrant communities to prepare. Some feel that it could cause intensified fear. I believe that that is not the best way to people coming outside and enjoying the community. Spreading activities of i. C. E. Activity has been used as a tactic to strike fear in the community.

One person has died and two others are critically injured in a house fire in the lakeshore neighborhood. The fire broke out around 11 oclock last night on calmar avenue. Firefighters say four adults and two children lived inside the home. When crews arrived. Smoke was coming from the home and two people were suffering from smoke inhalation. darya the children and one other adult got out safely. Another adult was rescued from the second floor. This monday morning with 50s and 60s bay areawide. Temps are dropping into the 40s for some valley locations while higher elevations, mainly above 3,000 feet, are still in the 70s because of warmer air aloft. High pressure this week will mean unseasonably warm temps during the afternoons. Todays highs will be in the upper 80s to low 90s for the inland valleys. The bay shoreline will warm to the mid 80s, while the coast will hit the upper 70s. We may see a few spots tie or even break high temperatures records this afternoon. Looking ahead, tuesday should be the warmest day this week, before gradual cooling kicks wednesday. Inland highs should drop back the mid 70s by no major hot spots. And the search for a chief diversity officer is moving forward with interviews to take place this weekend. The University Also says all four students involved in this case are no longer enrolled at san jose state. Just in, a second victim in a shooting in vallejo last friday has died. A story we broke during our newscast last week. The shooting happened at potter and mclean streets. A family of four was shot at while standing in a driveway of a home. A 41yearold vallejo man died at the scene, that mans son died from his injuries today. Two other victims including a 9yearold boy are expected to survive. As for the suspect, the search for them continues at this hour. Police are looking for a marine fourdoor sedan that was seen leaving the area after the shooting. A break in the case in the investigation into the killing of this woman, Stacey Aguilar, a young mother. We learned late this afternoon that a person of interest is in custody.
