Dec 16, 2020 (Dallas County, IA) -- A Waukee mans behind bars accused of trying to infect a police officer with COVID-19. Police say 61-year old Mark Bishop intentionally coughed in a cops face several times, earlier this month. Bishop was arrested yesterday and taken to the Dallas County Jail. According to court documents, 61-year-old Mark Bishop coughed several times in the face of a Waukee police officer, who was attempting to detain him during a search of his home.
