The reality star, 37,  turned heads in a black tiered gown which boasted a very racy thigh high split and showcased her gorgeous legs.

The National Television Awards 2022 also celebrates wins for Ant and Dec (again) and This Morning.

Kate admitted she feels guilty asking fans to vote for her at the NTAs as they have already been so supportive of her familys plight.

The former Olympian, 37, slipped into a strapless black leopard print gown which hugged every inch of her incredible figure.
