Looting and lawlessness on monday. 2,000 National Guardsmen and more than 1,000 police are helping patrol the streets. Only 10 people were taken into custody overnight, compared to the 235 arrested monday night. The 10 00 p. M. To 5 00 a. M. Curfew will remain in place through next week.
