RYE — A Rye woman who sustained burns and was hospitalized in Boston after a two-alarm house fire on Feb. 28 has died, according to Fire Chief Mark Cotreau. Judy Bly, 66, succumbed to her injuries and pre-existing conditions on Sunday, according to her family, just over one month since her family’s home on 7 Holland Drive was destroyed by the blaze.
