Speaking at the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale, Inglis Chief Executive Mark Webster told Sky News the industry is back to “semi-normal” after a tough year all round in 2020. Inglis was forced to hold its famous Easter Sale in 2020 entirely online due to the pandemic, which contributed to a “rocky road” throughout the COVID year. “It’s great to be back to what is semi-normal,” Mr Webster said. “We’re still very COVID-aware but it’s as normal as we can get.”

The Inglis Riverside Stables at Warwick Farm is bustling with activity in anticipation of a big weekend for the auction house. Inspections have been underway this week ahead of the Inglis Classic Yearling Sale.
