They were both forced to attend court under warrant on Tuesday 20 April, 2021. Paul Jones of Middleton, pleaded guilty to fly-tipping a large amount of waste in the alleyway to the rear of North Street. He was fined £160 and also ordered to pay costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £32.
