Say its not a bubble. valuations are expensive in the market. no denying that. interest races are low so you tend to see valuations expand during low interest rate environments so you have that, but earnings have been growing. the market is up 10% this year. but the earnings multiple of the s&p 500, what people will pay for earnings, has been unchanged this year. so, earnings have been growing by double-digit rate this year so we havent really been seeing valuations contract or get more reasonab...
