The three-member advisory committee has added sponsors, a new race and other bells and whistles to the 50th anniversary of the Quad-City Times Bix 7 in Davenport.
Former Quad-City Times Bix 7 director Ed Froehlich is back working on the committee for the 50th race. On Wednesday, Froehlich announced the Senior Bix 7, a special race for people ages 50 and over to be held on the evening of Tuesday, July 23.
