Residents in the Mono Street neighborhood in Manteca say their lives have changed in the last 24 hours after a shooting that left a 21-year-old man dead.
The Manteca Police Department has arrested one of the people they believe is responsible for the shooting death of a man in a neighborhood south of Woodward Park just before 1 p.m. on Monday.
