Audiovisual (AV) technology provider QSC has launched a new Professional Tier feature in its Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager remote monitoring and management service. The new cloud-based service options aim to increase efficiency and visibility for users, while reducing downtime.
Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager enables customers to manage multiple AV systems, such as those being used by businesses to connect remote workforces with Microsoft Teams. QSC says that the new feature provides additional tools to centralise operations support for disparate systems and “reduces the need for technicians to be on-site in order to perform system updates”.
