Congressman Brian Higgins on Monday joined the U.S. Postal Service and Western New York community in a ceremony officially renaming the Buffalo post office, at 170 Manhattan Ave., the Indiana Hunt-Martin Post Office Building.
A new bill introduced by Congressman Brian Higgins was signed into law, honoring World War II veteran Indiana Hunt-Martin, who served as a member of the only Black Women's Army Corps unit overseas.
