DUE TO THE PANDEMIC THIS YEAR AT THE FISH FRY INSTRUCTOR ONLY. TONIGHT WE HAVE 650 POUNDS OF FISH THOUGHT OUT, READY TO SERVE. AS FISH DROPS IN THE FRYERS AT HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH, YOU KNOW IT’S THE SEASON OF LENT. HOLY FAMILIES HAVE FISH RISE I GREW UP IN THIS PARISH AND WE HAVE NEVER NOT HAD FISH FRIES. REPORTER: MARY BETH PORTER IS RUNNING THE PARISH’S FISH FRY THIS YEAR. SHE SAYS THEY’VE MADE BIG ADJUSTMENTS TO MAKE IT ALL HAPPEN. THE BIGGEST ONE IS OPERATING DRIVE THRU ONLY.
