Montrose, Ia- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force reports the arrest of a Keokuk woman on Felony and Misdemeanor drug charges. 58-year-old Mary Penrose of Keokuk was arrested on May 28th at the Lee County Jail after being transported from the Clark County, Missouri jail. Penrose was arrested for maintaining a Drug House, 3 counts of Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest of Penrose stems from a search warrant that was conducted on her residence after responding to a report of a drug overdose that occurred inside her residence. Additional warrants have been issued for other individuals in connection with this investigation.
