COLUMBIA, S.C. The former CEO of SCANA is set to appear in court next week as part of his guilty plea of conspiracy charges in connection to the failed nuclear project at VC Summer plant in Jenkinsville.
Kevin Marsh will appear first in federal court to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. The hearing is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at the Matthew J. Perry Federal Courthouse, 901 Richland Street, Columbia, before the Honorable Mary G. Lewis.
