State’s Attorney Jaymi Sterling announced today that Delonte Rivens, 38, of District Heights, Maryland, was sentenced to 35 years in the Division of Corrections, with 15 years of active incarceration, for a domestic violence assault.
Investigation determined Frederick Lee Weems, age 42 of Lexington Park, forced entry to the victim’s residence and stabbed the victim multiple times, and fled the area on foot.
State’s Attorney Jaymi Sterling announced today that Austin Dylan Winbush, 24, of Capitol Heights, was sentenced to life suspend all but 25 years of active incarceration in prison for attempted first-degree murder.
