Leading UAE developer Arada has completed work on all 430 residences within Phase One of its megaproject Masaar located in Sharjah. With construction in full swing, a further 986 homes within the second and third phases will be ready by the year-end.

UAE-based developer Arada has opened Masaar Track, a professional cycling circuit with a series of accompanying facilities at Masaar, its forested community in Sharjah. The 6.6-km loop cycleway will boast three brightly lit underpasses and a bridge.
