July 30, 2021
MULTAN: Coronavirus cases are rising in eleven districts of south Punjab. The health indicators show an alarming situation regarding the unabated rise in COVID-19 infections in the region after the outbreak of the fourth wave of the virus. According to statistics, positive cases have touched 1,000 figures in the region.
Health experts blamed carelessness in obeying coronavirus SOPs behind the increase in COVID-19 positivity cases. The South Punjab Civil Secretariat Command and Control Centre report has ranked Multan at the top, Bahawalpur second and Muzaffargarh third in the spread of coronavirus cases.
