Refused to plead guilty to perjury because the purported perjury charge was based on his failure to remember something. that does not ring true to me. perjury is charged only when you can prove the central elements that the person testified under oath, that they then and there knew what they were saying was false, and it was about a material fact. that is something that is important. it is not something that has slipped your memory, you cant recall. i dont know exactly what has happened there. i...
