So where does this leave the federal reserve and its quest to tame inflation? investors are increasingly confident the fed will resume rate hikes very soon. markets are pricing in at roughly 92% chance of another quarter point hike later this month. so, yes, that does mean higher borrowing costs, mortgages, credit cards, car loans, but the good news is that this jobs market has been able to absorb all of this inflation-fighting medicine from the fed so much better than almost anyone thought was ...
