Representatives of the Marshall Hy-Veeâs different departments gathered for the presentation of the Presidentâs Cup to the store on Friday. The award recognizes stores that excel in areas like sales, operations and customer experience.
MARSHALL Â It looked like something a sports team might bring home after winning a championship game. But the big silver cup on a pedestal at the Marshall Hy-Vee location recognized a different kind of challenge.
“You have been taking really good care of your customers,” Hy-Vee district Vice President Matt Heldenbrand told a gathering of Marshall Hy-Vee employees. Based on customer experiences and other criteria over the past fiscal quarter, the Marshall Hy-Vee was the winner of a unique company award the President’s Cup.
