Matt Krieg Matt Krieg has come full circle: back to his hometown of St. Louis and back to his musical roots. He applies bits and pieces of his musical experience 80s cover bands, church choirs, and coffee shop acoustic to the jazz standards he learned from his dad growing up. Most recently, he has been singing with John Covelli's Hard Bop Messengers, exploring everything from Covelli's original bop compositions to the Grateful Dead.
