Tapestry Singers will perform concerts on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16 at 4 p.m. at the Damariscotta Baptist Church as a belated celebration of the Maine Bicentennial. The group had planned the concert for June 2020 and then the pandemic.

Strathroy hockey fans will be able to cheer another team next season at West Middlesex Memorial Arena. A new edition of the Strathroy Jets will play
Friday nights. Team Co-Organizer Matt Laberge says bringing forward the town’s hockey past is an important aspect of this latest version of the team.
90% of the team roster is filled with names fans will recognize from past Junior B Rockets teams like Wes Baker, Brady Vandenberk, Andrew Secco and Laberge himself. Two members of the coaching staff are confirmed as well being Mark Van Geffen and Former Rockets Assistant Coach Scott Alkins. Laberge says as a team in the new Western Ontario Super Hockey League, Jets fans will be treated to technically skilled players play a fast game of hockey.
